Otis pepper steak is a must have!!!this is the best steak in Canberra. Also, every single food was perfect presentation and very tasty. And all staff was nice and welcoming. Definitely, I will be going back Highly recommended !!!

Otis was a delightful experience where we each ordered entrees, mains and dessert as well as sides to share with our mains. The standout for the night had to be the steak, which was super tender and cooked to perfection. The raviolo was really good as well but there was only one so that was hardly enough! The Creme Broulee was also very nice, creamy and smooth. The wait staff were attentive and made some good recommendations.... so good in fact all four of us ordered the same things for entrees, main and dessert!

The food was incredible. Each meal was served to perfection. The rib eye steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the Eton Mess for dessert and it was fresh and mouthwatering. Our waitress was exceptional. Friendly and attentive ti detail. Will certainly be coming back.

Otis Dining Hall consistently delivers excellence in food, wine, service and atmosphere. Whilst everything happens with ease, it is backed by a great deal of work and knowledge. From the extravagant sauces, the way in which wine is opened and shown, the delicious chefs menu (last visit was a la carte and was also exceptional), the beautiful wood panelling and bar, to the attentiveness of the wait team. Well worth the 7 hour drive from Melbourne we make to enjoy it.

We adore Otis, it has been our go-to restaurant for several years now. We've celebrated many occasions here, never had a bad dish, the service is professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Highly recommend

We had an incredible experience at OTIS! Cara was our server for the evening, and she went above and beyond, giving us detailed explanations of each dish with enthusiasm and expertise. The food was absolutely fantastic, living up to all the expectations. It was a memorable night.

It is one of the best restaurants in Canberra! I visited there to celebrate my wife's Birthday. Everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed by staffs, and they looked after us. The food was amazing too. All of dishes were nice, but the signature pepper steak is to die for!! We could feel that the chefs' huge efforts to make these amazing dishes. It was a great experience, highly recommended!!😄

had the truffle lunch at Otis, and it was delightful. our first experience with fresh truffle, the set menu was well put together. the scallops and risotto were the highlights. the only outlier was the steak, although outstandingly presented and cooked, it fell slightly shy of the other dishes. But steak has always been one of those dishes on set menus which doesnt quite live up to our expectations so its probably just us. The service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere was warm and comfy, perfect setting for winter. Highly recommend giving Otis a try, especially if truffles are your jam. we will be back for their regular menu for sure.

I just wanted to share my experience at Otis Dining Hall on my brief stay in Canberra. From the moment I walked in I knew I was I for a treat. Cara greeted me with a smile and took us to our table. Everything about the experience was explained precisely and professionally. Annabelle also looked after us and between both ladies we were spoilt silly from a service perspective. THE FOOD!!! My god, what an experience!! Everything was cooked to perfection. The timing of the food coming to the table with the wine was just perfect. If I could I would eat at Otis every night!

Raring : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Went to Otis to celebrate my anniversary with my wife, great vibe as you enter the restaurant, very old school but cozy. We chose the 100 dollar 3 course meal. It was great in that we can choose different options and don’t have to eat the same meal as your partner. The starters were gnocchi with foix gras and Canadian scallops. The scallops was so good and the sauce was exceptional. For mains we chose the Otis steak and the elevated steak with roasted potatoes and arugula salad. The Otis steak with pepper crust was amazing and highly recommend especially the elevated steak. The dessert was a chocolate Bavarian and the caramel pudding which were both delicious! Overall lovely experience and recommend to check out in Canberra! Great and prompt service
